1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern the recurring digital services, website hosting, AI chatbot configurations, and automation workflows provided by Nexora AI Solutions ("Nexora AI", "we", "us") to business clients across Canada.

2. Monthly Plans & Pricing

All published fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly schedule. Applicable federal and provincial taxes (HST/GST) will be charged based on the client's registered jurisdiction.

Usage-based charges: Any specialized third-party telecom carriers, voice minutes, or high-volume API requests exceeding baseline thresholds will be explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in the client's individual service agreement.

3. Initial Commitment & Setup Fees

All core subscription plans include zero setup fees and require an initial six (6) month commitment period. This initial term ensures adequate time to build, launch, and optimize your digital assets and conversational models.

4. Cancellation & Asset Ownership

Clients may request cancellation upon completion of the initial 6-month term with thirty (30) days written notice. Specific details regarding website code transfer, domain registration, data retention, and content ownership are governed strictly by the signed client service agreement entered into prior to launch.

5. Service Capabilities & AI Operations

Nexora AI configures conversational chatbots and voice assistants using modern generative AI standards. While we configure safeguards and prompt engineering, clients acknowledge that AI models assist with customer communication but do not guarantee specific booking conversion rates or business outcomes.
